Making something in Minecraft without a plan could be really hard. You need to know what materials are required or how you should structure the building and you have to get the idea on how to build it. Fortunately, there are blueprints that will make something in Minecraft much easier.
First of all, you need to start with really simple projects. When you get the idea, you can move on to the harder items. If you are planning to make a giant tree in Minecraft but you do not have any ideas of what to make, it is better for you to look for some references.

If you think making giant trees is hard, fortunately, there is a thing called a blueprint that can help you to make something easier. The blueprint of each giant tree mentioned above is able to be found on the page of each. To make something with the help of the blueprint, you should start with really simple projects. Let’s take Fantasy Huge Tree by alecvdh as example. You can see there are a total of 34 levels of blocks. Take a note that you need to always start with level 1 from the blueprints. It does not matter how many levels there are, you can just move on step by step. You have to place all the blocks as shown on the blueprint. The side of the blueprint also displays how many blocks there are horizontally and vertically.
If it is not easy to differentiate what blocks are needed from just looking at the colors, you can hover your mouse over the block, wait for a while and it will give you the name of the block (the sad news is that this function only works if you are using the site on desktop).
When you are done the first level you are able to use the slider so that you can move to level 2. After completing all 34 levels you will be a happy one of a great Fantasy Huge Tree. You are allowed to use whatever design or features of your giant tree, no need to stick 100% to the blueprint.
