By using two compounds above, you can create an alternate versions of TNT which will damage blocks even when underwater.

  • Underwater Torches

Recipes: Magnesium + Torch

The compounds will combine magnesium with a torch to create an Underwater Torch. This kind of torch can be used underwater.
